We collect only the personal data necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. The types of data we may collect include identification data such as full name, identity document number when necessary for service provision, and contact data such as email address, phone number, and physical address when relevant.
We also collect professional information such as the name of the company where you work, job title or position, the business sector of the company, and the approximate size of the company. Additionally, we may collect information regarding your specific business needs related to data science consulting services, communication preferences, and a history of business interactions with SDC.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following main purposes: establishing business communication to inform about our data science consulting services, analyzing business needs to offer customized solutions, sending commercial proposals and quotes tailored to your company's specific requirements, and providing customer service and technical support during service delivery.
We also use your data to send invitations to events, seminars, and training related to data science and artificial intelligence, maintain a record of current and potential clients for sales follow-up, conduct market research and statistical analysis to improve our services, comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations, and manage billing, payments, and administrative aspects once a commercial relationship is established.
